Workshop 3 - 10.45am
Tutor: Jane Lithgow
This workshop is a fun opportunity for knitters and crocheters of all abilities to learn more about the yarns that we use in our craft so that they can make more informed choices when shopping for projects.
Each participant will be given a box of six mystery yarns which, after an introductory discussion they will be invited to swatch and examine against a checklist of characteristics so that they can decide what they might use it for an finally make a guess at the identity of the yarns. All the yarns will be approximately DK to worsted weight. Hooks and needles will be available but participants are welcome to bring their own.
All materials provided.
