Workshop 5 - 12.30pm
Mosaic Crochet in the Round
Tutor: Deb Cunningham
SOLD OUT!
Mosaic Crochet in the Round is a crochet colourwork technique that uses one colour per round. It uses basic crochet stitches to produce vibrant, beautiful results that look far harder to work than they really are. The advantage over Mosaic Crochet in rows is LESS ENDS since you can carry your unused colour at the back of the work. In this workshop you will learn to make a coaster, which you can extend to make larger squares, which in turn you can make into a cushion cover or a blanket or any project that uses squares - your imagination is the only limit.
Level: Basic - may have started craft or returning to it. has limited knowledge which is specified below
This workshop is suitable for people who already know how to crochet and know basic stitches: chain, slip stitch, double crochet, treble crochet (UK terms).
Participants should bring their own 4mm crochet hook.
