Jeanette SloanJeanette has been a designer for over 20 years and has written several books on hand knitted accessories.
She has been published in several UK magazines including The Knitter and The Knitting Magazine her articles on "Black People Do Knit" and "A Colourful Debate". In 2018 she created the POC Designer & Crafts List highlighting the work of people working in the fibre industry and in 2020 led to her founding BIPOCinFiber- a database of Black, Indigenous and People of Colour working in fibre. Jane CrowfootAward-winning crochet designer Jane Crowfoot, aka JanieCrow, has worked within the hand knitting craft industry for the last 20 years and is recognised as one of the leading designers within her field. Recently acknowledged craft influencer and one of the pioneers of the UK crochet revival.

Natalie WarnerNeedles, thread and yarn have been a part of Natalie's life for as long as she can remember. She is now a knitwear designer, fashion and textiles designer who has worked for Rowan Yarns, Sew Over It, University of West London, Vogue Knitting Live and Woman’s Weekly. She teaches knitwear design and design development, garment construction, garment fitting, pattern cutting, hand + machine knitting and crochet. And she taught a sold out Intarsia workshop at our 2020 show!

Debbie BlissDebbie Bliss is recognised for her classic and contemporary designs and her beautiful yarns in her signature palette. Debbie cares deeply about creating pattern collections that complement the qualities of each yarn she works with and designs which flatter all body types.

Sylvia Watts-Cherry"Cherries on Top" is a knitwear brand created by designer Sylvia Watts-Cherry. She told us "colour is how I express myself", which is evident in her stunning pattern creations.
She designs in texture and colourwork and has a special interest in intarsia. She is inspired by the African textiles and carvings of her Nigerian heritage as well as cables from her Scottish upbringing. In addition to design, she offers workshops to beginners and intermediate knitters. She was also a competition finalist in 2018 Kirstie's Handmade Christmas! Jo SmithJo Smith of thespannerworks is a crocheter, knitter, early years specialist, grandma, gardener and crochet teacher. She has been crocheting for over 50 years and loves sharing her skills and has regularly led crochet workshops at The Knitting and Stitching Shows and Waltham Abbey Wool Show.
Jo’s work has an exuberance and childlike energy as she uses a kaleidoscope of colour and sparkle in her vibrant and joyful designs.
