My friends and I enjoyed the Waltham Abbey Wool Show again this year lots of lovely stalls, a lovely way to spend an afternoon. I have started knitting again after a break of about 25 years!! brought a pattern and wool to make myself a jumper.

It was, indeed, a lovely day! So many gorgeous yarns, talented crafty folk and excellent company from my fellow #bthq pals.
I really enjoyed the demonstration of rag rugging. The lady was so friendly, welcoming and easy to learn from - I feel she has a future as a #bthq guest teacher! ;)
"I have attended every show and it gets better and better each year - fabulous exhibitors and marvellous atmosphere"

It was a really lovely day out. The venue was compact but with just the right number of stall holders who were all very friendly and enjoyed sharing their talents and encouraging the people new to crafting.

"Best show in the South and very reasonably priced entrance fee. Small but jam packed. I tend to purchase more here than at the larger shows because you can see what is available and there is a large cross section. Watch out for it again next year - not one to miss". - Jessica Cooper via Facebook
