Hi, I'm Jo and I'm the designer maker behind LilliputWight. I live on the Isle of Wight just around the corner from the beach.
I've been a hand knitter for over 20 years and when I moved to the Island I started beachcombing. It wasn't long before the idea struck to use some of these beachcombed finds to make buttons. I started with a driftwood toggle button and have expanded the range to include a flat driftwood button and sea glass and pottery buttons. |

I also make a range of coiled cotton rope bowls. I started making them for myself to keep beach treasures in, then added one by the door for my keys, and then one for bobbins.... Then I made a few for gifts and it grew from there. These are ideal for using as project bowls or for storing notions and bits and bobs in.
